Charismatic Authority is authority that comes from the person’s charm. The charisma can motivate a whole group to action.
Charismatic Authority is authority based on nothing other than an individual’s own charisma. Martin Luther King Junior is a great example of this type of authority. He is America's foremost civil rights leader as well as the greatest American leader of the twentieth century. His leadership is fundamental to end the segregation in the United States and strengthen the African American community. He is always be seen as the most influential African American. He causes many changes in this country. He changes many people's lives. Through his charisma, he is successful to end the racial segregation.
